If you’ve declared war on cellulite, this fall why not try the grape cure: grapes, and nothing but grapes, for 3 to 6 days in the Burgundy Region to give you healthier skin and a clearer complexion while detoxifying your body.

Puerto Rico offers top class Deep Sea Fishing around the island. The ocean drops thousands of feet in a short run from the dock on most coasts. A whole array of offshore species can be caught year round in this Caribbean island, especially blue marlin, sailfish, dolphin fish, wahoo and tuna.
There are seasons during which they can be found in greater numbers. The blue marlin run starts on the south coast from April through July, while in the north coast it starts in June and ends in August. Around the Mona Channel off the west coast, the season runs from July through October. The dolphin fish runs significantly bigger on the Caribbean or south coast of the island, from November through May.
White marlins are most frequent from January through May, peaking in April. They average 45 to 60 pounds and provide good action when the blues cool off.
Rigged fishing boats are available for charter in San Juan, Isla Verde, Humacao and Fajardo. Boats range in size from 28 to 61 feet. Smaller boats sized from 17 to 20 feet are available for harbor and lagoon fishing.

Puerto Rico has some of the finest golf courses in the Caribbean and Latin America, offering a wide variety of golfing experiences. This golfer's paradise is home to 18 golf courses, including 12 championship-level courses and three new courses-the Dorado del Mar, the Flamboyan Course at Wyndham Palmas del Mar, and the Coamo Springs course.
The courses are designed by the most famous names in course design -- Greg Norman, Gary Player, Robert Trent Jones Sr., George Fazio, Rees Jones and Arthur Hills. In addition to the challenges of world-class golf are the warm and magical experiences found on this tropical island, which guarantee a perfect tee-time in magnificent natural settings, luxurious golf amenities and exciting nightlife options when darkness falls.
As the Caribbean mecca for golfers, Puerto Rico has been the site of top professional and amateur tournaments. In recent years, Puerto Rico has hosted the Ladies LPGA tour and the Hyatt Senior Tour Championship in which 30 of the top players on the PGA Senior tour competed for up to a million dollars in prize money. The Chrysler Senior PGA Matchplay Challenge, has been played in Puerto Rico for the past two years.
For scuba divers, we have something unique and very special. Pristine reefs, spectacular walls, intriguing caverns, and mangrove-topped cays define the tropical waters that surround our island. They form the backdrop for dives that are as dazzling as any found in the Caribbean and as diverse as its marine line. Multitudes of fish coexist with endangered manatees and humpback whales. Corals abound, including species that are mere memories on other islands.
Since diving in Puerto Rico is one of the Caribbean's best-kept secrets, many of our sites remain untouched. Every dive trip is still an adventure, every diver an explorer. Diving in Puerto Rico is the next best thing to slipping into an aquarium. Underwater visibility can exceed 100 feet, and land and water temperatures hover around easy-to-take 78 degrees Fahrenheit (26 degrees Centigrade) all year round.
Our dive options are as varied as the sites themselves. Explore reefs that lie within a splash of your hotel room, or ones that fringe remote islets far from shore. Start you scuba experience with an easy half-day resort course, or enjoy an advanced dive 100 feet below the surface. We have beach dives, shallow dives, boat dives, wall and ledge dives, night dives, cave and wreck dives, and they are all memorable. Operators are NAUI, PADI, SSI, NASE, IDEA affiliated, fully qualified professionals using Coast Guard certified boats; they are also enthusiastic veterans of their dive region.
Puerto Rico has 272 miles of coastline, and plenty of beaches to go around it. To contrast, there are places with water as calm as a pond and fantastic breakers with world class surf.
Puerto Rico is known as the "Surfing Capital of the Atlantic". The island offers excellent conditions for surfing, bodyboarding and sailboarding, year-round (BEST IN FEBRUARY). There are numerous surfing beaches all around the island. From Punta Tuna-Maunabo on the southeast corner of the island north to Fajardo, all along the North and West Coast down to Rincon and Mayaguez, surfers from all over the world take the challenge. Many of the beaches have DANGEROUS CURRENTS so, talk to the locals before venturing out into unknown waters.
