Visit Italy > Venetia

Whether gliding along Venice's canals, admiring the Giotto frescoes in Padua, listening to an opera in the Roman arena at Verona (the city of Romeo and Juliet), contemplating Palladio's architectural masterpieces at Vicenza, soaking up Treviso's medieval period or re-visiting the splendours of the Renaissance at Udine, Veneto incites you to a take a romantic break.

Burano
Venetia 1

Burano : Lace, Seafood and Vibrant Colors. Everywhere you look, you'll see houses clad in blue, green, pink, rose, lavender, purple, yellow, and other colors. And because Burano's houses tend to be small, the island has a cheerful coziness. It wouldn't be surprising if Burano were used as a model for a family resort at Disney World.

Torcello
Venetia 1

Torcello is an extremely romantic and charming place. Venetians love to go there once in a while as they are attracted by its calm and the greenness of the island. Unlike Murano and Burano, Torcello is practically uninhabited and still has a lot of archeological proof of its glorious past.
